Q. I tried to transfer mp3s from my computer to my phone using usb cable but the computer said I have to install a software which I don't have. So how can I get the software?

Q. I'm trying to download a driver for my motorola Razr so i can use the usb port to add music and such to my phone. Well I finally found the right file online for free and then i download it and i need winzip to open it. So, I go to download winzip and it doesn't work. So, now I can't find anything else to use. You need to get Motorola Phone Tools. It's a nifty program you put on your computer and you can connect to your phone and do all kinds of neat stuff.

The cheapest and fastest way to get it is to buy it on eBay. You can get if for less then $5.00 and then download it so there is no shipping cost.

For current eBay listings go to eBay and do a search for "Motorola Phone Tools". Look at the ones that offer digital delivery. I have seen it as cheap as $2.60

A. do you have a usb cable for your phone ? you dont really need a a driver with that, you just need to plug one end of the cable to your fone and the other to your pc and hopefully the pc will install the necessary phone drivers and you should be able to copy your content across.
