A. Make sure the phone isn't on some sort of security lock this also causes the problem and also make sure the cd u have is compatible with the razr 2
How do i export music from Motorola phone tools onto my phone?
Q. I have the program Motorola phone tools but when i try to transfer the songs to my phone it keeps saying im missing mp3 codec how do I fix this problem?
I have the program it just tell me that im missing the mp3 codec every time I try to export it on to my phone. Yes I do have a removable memory card its the first thing that I got after I brought the phone just last month.

A. You can't. Only if the phone has a removal flash memory card.
Where do I go to download a free software for Motorola Phone Tools?
Q. I need the free download for Motorola Slvr L7 for the Motorola Phone Tools. I'm trying to transfer my photo images on my cell phone on to my pc. But I do not want to purchase any accessories for this phone, as I will be upgrading my cell phone to a better one.

If you have a memory card and a USB cable than you dont need to have the motorola phone tools Just connect the phone to the PC using the USB cable and the phone will be detected as a mass storage device and will be listed as a "Removeable Disk" in my computer after that just browse the phone and copy the pics/songs to the IMAGES or MUSIC folder.
If the folder(s) isn't there than create one!
