What version of Motorola phone tools is compatible with the Krzr K1m?
Q. I want to find out what version of phone tools is compatible with the krzr. I've tried v5 and it doesn't work. I've tried to update the software but it says its all up to date. Can you tell me which is the version for the krzr or help me fix this problem.
A. It should work.K1m has been supported since version 4.3.6c.

One tip -- Not sure if K1m has multi USB modes, but I know it wouldn't switch them automatically, so that would be 1st thing to check (USB modem mode).

A. You need to update your motorola phone tools. it is aparently an older version. just go into the update and it will download the new files. then it will find the new l2 files
