Q. I tried to hold down the talk button for 10 seconds and found it by using the connection on my phone but it didn't stay connected and wouldn't connect again until I tried it later on. Is there something wrong with it?
A. press for 10 sec. wait for it to flash all crazy, then just look for it from ur phone... check what the passkey is or ask someone whos got one, probably like 1111 and on the bt just tap the button thats it
How do you put a Motorola bluetooth ear piece in discovery mode?
Q. I am trying to sync my blue tooth to my phone....I know how to do the phone part, but not the ear piece part???
A. Turn the headset off.
Hold the action/power button for at least 5 seconds. 3 seconds turns it on. 5 seconds forces a discovery mode.

What main problems cause a Motorola Bluetooth to fail?
Q. Just looking for the main reasons why a Motorola Bluetooth of any model may fail? What are their main problems?
A. Well sometimes there maybe some parts that don't work but that's only if it is Defected. I have Motorola headsets that have worked great for years and I had never had problems with them.
