A. I think that model's not available in the Philippines. My mom's phone's a Motorola V365 was bought in the US. It's features are like those of the L7. It has mp3 ringtones, a micro SD, a bluetooth, a 1.3 mega pixel camera, video cam, an mp3 player and can even send mms and has wap capabilities. It's not a 3G phone though. It's small and compact but not as sleek as the newer motorola models.

How long can a Motorola Razr stay on without charging the battery?

Q. Also in this situation, the phone is not being used to call or answer any incoming calls. It does receive texts and calls but no one answers. Also imagine it was fully charged when it got taken away from the owner so it couldn't be used...

I tried viewing the files with Quicktime (windows xp), but it will not display the 3g2 files that were saved on my sd card

My Motorola Q phone has been locked and i forgot the password . How to unlock it ?

I set password and the I forgot the Password .

A. Well, if you forget the password of a Windows Mobile device, the way to remove the password is to do a hard reset. The main drawback of this is that it erases everything and puts the phone back to factory settings. All installed apps and personal data will be gone.

If you can stand to lose everything do this:
1. Be sure to have full charge on your battery
2. Hopefully you have backed up all data on your PC.
3. Power off the Motorola Q
4. Power on the Motorola Q while pressing and holding center button and power button.
5. Keep holding until you get a "Master Reset?" screen.
6. Click the left softkey for "Yes" and the phone will wipe and reload the OS from ROM

BE SURE NOT TO REMOVE THE BATTERY WHEN YOU DO THIS or you may brick your phone.

I'm trying to install my pictures from the Motorola Q Global phone to the computer but whenever I try to connect the phone to my computer and I go through the installation process it tells me that my device wasn't detected. I'm using connection port Com 1 while port Com 2 and Infrared port (IR) are both not installed. Also I've tried to setup my email on the phone but I can't find the underscore button. 3. After you have created the partnership or simply pressed cancel you will see the WMDC or Activesync window. There will be an Explore button. Click the button and you will see the My Documents folder and My Windows Mobile Based device which is the root of your phones hard drive space. You should find your pictures in the My Documents folder. I would not suggest modifying any other folders in your phone as this could render your device useless. Your warranty would most likely be void by both your service provider and Motorola

To set up your email you will need to start to enter your email address. When you get to where the underscore key will go press FNC/ALT then Shift/CAPS and a hidden menu will appear to show you the symbols that didn't fit on the keypad. scroll to and select the _ and it wil be entered into the email field.
